Happy Tuesday everyone! I know I say I am excited for every Tuesday or Thursday blog, but that’s because I truly am! And this Tuesday is no exception! Wedding 101 Nashville’s Emerald City styled shoot (inspired by “OZ the Great and Powerful”) was published this past Friday on Savvy Deets Bridal! All of the vendors involved did such an incredible job making this shoot come to life!
Here’s a little about how it came together:
Zoe dreamed of being Dorothy since she was a little girl. Her fantasy of living it up over the rainbow in sparkle red shoes, surrounded by glitter finally came to life on her wedding day. Of course, now that she’s all grown up, her dream has a little more class and swank involved. She asked for elements of the Wizard of OZ to create her day: a red poppy wall, emerald green pops, gold accents, her very own yellow brick road of flowers cascading over the head table and, of course, two golden balloons for her hubby and her to “ride away” in. Her designer, Events by Catherine, hit every mark and took it a giant step further by incorporating a Toto, their Great Dane. The day certainly will be one that will leave their guests wondering, “Was it real or just all a dream?”
Thank you Nashville Photography Group for capturing all of the fabulous details of this shoot and bringing the “yellow brick road” to Nashville!
Thank you to all of the Nashville area vendors who came together and made this amazing. Congratulations on the publication!

One of my favorite things about a celebration is the paper. I know, it may seem a bit silly to some but to me it’s one of those details that really make a difference. Your Invitation or even Save the Date is the first taste of what your guests can expect from your wedding so you want to make that first impression, a lasting one. Read more…
